All ISA CHERIE sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
We do however have a 10-day damage report policy - read more about this under the "Damages and Issues" section below.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The customer has 10 days to report any damage or defect by sending an email to isacherie@yahoo.com with a photo of said damage attached to the email. We will send you a new item if we can see clear, unprovoked damage to the new item.
Returns / Exchanges
Again, ISA CHERIE does not take returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If there is damage to your order in any way, follow the instructions above. Thanks for your understanding!
